We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase! However, if you have any questions about the product or issues with what you receive, you can claim a return or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your original order, as long as it fits within the Returns & Exchanges policy.

Please ensure that your items fit the requirements listed below before you proceed to claim a return or an exchange:

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • In re-sellable condition (i.e. all original tags attached)

  • All in their original packaging;

Please note that the following items/ conditions are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards;

  • Sale items;

  • Custom goods or haute couture items;

  • Items marked by lipstick, deodorant or make-up;

  • Items with the smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor;

  • Bras and intimate corsets, lingerie, some garters (intimate), some sets (intimate);

  • Any item damaged or missing parts (not in its original condition) for reasons not due to our error.

To complete your return, please provide us with your proof of payment.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if you have received the incorrect order in the wrong color or wrong size, or a defective order with a quality problem. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please Contact Us.

The time it takes to exchange an item is determined by where you live.

How Do I Obtain a Refund and When Will I Receive the Refund?

First, you will be notified via email about when we have received the item and are in the process of checking your return.

Then, you will receive an email describing whether your refund request is approved or rejected.

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

What Do I Do If the Refund Is Delayed?

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

You can also contact your credit card company, which may take some time to officially issue the refund.

If you are still waiting on your refund after this, please contact your bank. Refunds usually require some processing time.

What Happens If I Submit a Return and the Item Was Paid by a Gift Card?

If you purchase an item via a gift card, when the return claims are approved, the amount of the item will be returned to the gift card to use for your next purchase.

If you receive an item from a friend paid by gift card, please contact your friend to initiate a refund, and the amount will be returned to the gift card for their next purchase.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Our Responsibility- Incorrect Orders or Defective Orders

    If you have received the incorrect order in the wrong color or the wrong size, or the order features a defect or quality problem, we will be responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Customer’s Responsibility - Unwanted Items

    You will be responsible for any return shipping charges on unwanted items.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

You are advised using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance if the item is worth over $20, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
