01 Can I cancel my order?
Your order will be processed within 2-3 days and once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the delivery. Once we have received your request, we will process it as quickly as possible in order to cancel it.
02If I want to make a return or an exchange, who should pay the shipping fees?
If your request meets the conditions outlined by the Return & Exchange policy, you are responsible for the shipping fees. Additionally, no refunds can be provided for any shipping costs.
03Why do you not offer productsin X size?
Each of our products has its own size chart and you can easily select the perfect product size by referring to it. But if you find that our size chart doesn’t meet your needs, please let us know and we will take your size as a reference or recommend the appropriate size for you.
04Do you have offline stores?
At this moment, we don’t have the offline store, but we are preparing to develop our own offline channels.
05Can I be your brand model?
First of all, thank you for your support for our products! Anyone who meets our requirements has the chance to become one of our models. But in selecting our brand models, we are very cautious and meticulous because we need to make sure our products are presented in the best way and we need to be careful with the high cost involved our photographing process. Therefore, if you would like to be our brand model, please email the link to your portfolio, including your full-body photos in underwear without too much cover at [email protected] for our reference. We will reply to you within one week of receiving your email.
